The All American Pageantry Systems, LLC was created in February 2008 by CEO Alex Santiago to incorporate
a network of pageants that caters to the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender) community.
The foundation was laid in 2004 when Jazzy T. Santiago, a title holder, founded and created the Miss All
American Femme Pageant. With her desire to create a pageant that would represent femininity, creativity, and talent on another
level, a new category was introduced to lesbian pageants – SWIMWEAR! Which gives the contestants the opportunity to
showcase their personal style and glamour. The pageant is open to all feminine women (commonly known as Femmes) throughout
the LGBT community.
The Miss All American Femme Pageant is held every first Sunday in April with the next pageant being held
on April 5, 2009. The categories for the 6th Annual Miss All American Femme Pageant are: Presentation – The
theme changes every year. Each year the theme is chosen by the current reigning queen. (Theme for the 2009 Miss All American
Femme is "RED, WHITE & BLUE MASQUERADE" Creativity a plus. Mask a must.), Swimwear, Talent and Evening Wear.
With the continuing success of the Miss All American Femme Pageant and constant inquiries of interests,
Malik Santiago, a multiple title holder and nicknamed "Mr. Everything", founded and created the Mr All American Studd Pageant
in 2007. With his desire to bring something new, exciting and more challenging, a fifth category was introduced – THUG
REALNESS! Giving the contestants an extra opportunity to showcase their masculine, ‘thug boi’ side. The pageant
is open to all more aggressive or masculine women (commonly known as Studs or Ags) throughout the LGBT community. The 1st
Annual Mr All American Studd was held September 21, 2008 and was won by Romance St. James of Baltimore. The next Mr All American
Studd will be held September 2009. Categories are Presentation, Thug Realness, Talent, Sportswear and Formal Wear.
The pageants are held annually at different venues throughout the Atlanta area.
Potential contestants are allowed to register for the Miss All American Femme Pageant and the Mr All American
Studd Pageant up to the day before the pageant – registration day. They may register by requesting a contestant packet
via the website at: www.allamericanpageantrysystems.org or via email at: allamericanpageantry@yahoo.com
Each category is critiqued and scored by the judging panel that consists of three to five judges within
the LGBT community. Contestants are judged on modeling skills, creativity, fit of clothing, speech and talent ie lip synch
ability.
The All American Pageantry Systems, LLC is owned and operated by its members with no outside sources or
sponsorships. The All American Pageantry Systems, LLC has been and is received in the LGBT community as a successful business
entity. We are looked upon as the example of how a pageant should be organized, promoted and ran. Our success is due in part
to the fact that it is treated as a business and is ran as such.
The Miss All American Femme Pageant and the Mr All American Studd Pageant were both huge successes. The
Queen and King receive a crown, trophy, and monetary compensation of $2,300 and $2,000 respectively.
As the with the growing popularity and interest in the Miss All American Femme Pageant and the Mr All
American Studd Pageant that cater more to the lesbian community, the All American Pageantry Systems, LLC will open its doors
and home to the Gay and Transgender as well within the next year.
